Aldora Louw
Associate Division Chief of NASA Johnson Space Center’s Aircraft Operations Division (AOD) at Ellington field in Houston TX.
Aldora is the Associate Division Chief of NASA’s Aircraft Operations Division (AOD) at Ellington Field, where she helps oversee a fleet of aircraft that support astronaut training, spaceflight readiness, astronaut transportation, and specialized science missions. Before joining NASA, she worked as a security consultant with PwC and as a systems engineer for Lockheed Martin. Since joining NASA in 2013, she has led projects supporting human spaceflight programs, managed NASA’s T-38 training program, and was promoted to Associate Division Chief in 2023.
Aldora is also a commercial pilot and FAA-certified flight instructor with certifications in instrument, tailwheel, and spin training. Outside of work, she enjoys flight instruction and car racing.
