Brian Antweil is a retired trial lawyer in Houston, Texas.
A frequent speaker and author for bar and other trade and professional organizations, Mr. Antweil has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center, where he taught Trial Advocacy for almost a decade. He is a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and served as the National Programs Committee Co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Trial Practice Committee. Mr. Antweil also currently serves as President of the Texas Cowboys Alumni Association at the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Antweil is an avid pilot and, through his love for aviation, he has served on the Board of Directors of Angel Flight. Angel Flight, through its network of private aviation pilots, facilitates the provision of free air transportation for medical and humanitarian purposes. As a board member, Mr. Antweil was awarded the President’s Award in 2007 for his service to the organization.
