Brett A. Williams is a Partner and Client Advisor at Avalon, joining the firm in 2004. Before Avalon, he practiced law with Porter & Hedges, L.L.P. and represented various corporate clients and financial institutions in a broad range of transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings. Brett holds a JD from Baylor Law School and graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
