Marshall P. Cloyd

Mr. Cloyd is the Chairman of an oil service company which is operating in the marine sector, with activity in some forty countries over the last thirty-five years.

Prior to InterMarine Incorporated, Mr. Cloyd was a Senior Vice President of Brown & Root, Inc. in Houston, Texas responsible for strategic planning and new market development for this large, diversified engineering and construction company. His prior employment with Brown & Root covered some twenty years of line operating positions prior to the two year strategic planning assignment, including resident foreign experience, covering a decade in both London and Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University; he then attended the Harvard Business School MBA program. He is married to Robin S. Cloyd, has four children and presently resides in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Cloyd joined the Board of the Lone Star Flight Museum on January 1, 1998, and became Chairman in 2003 until he retired December 31, 2014.  He continues to serve on the Executive Committee of the Board as Chairman Emeritus.  He has also been involved with the Imperial War Museum’s American Air Museum in Britain and the Churchill War Rooms.
