This interview-style program between the expert and moderator encourages audience engagement. Young women and girls interested in aviation and STEM are encouraged to attend to soak up the wisdom shared by the trailblazing women who came before.

November 23, 2024: Majo Perdomo Cuevas

Executive Director of Operations Control & Strategic Planning, Million Air

Ms. Maria “Majo” Perdomo Cuevas utilizes her diverse background to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth. Originally from Panama City, Panama, Majo moved to New Jersey in 2017 to pursue dual studies in Actuarial Science and Dance at Rider University. After graduating, she relocated to Houston to join Million Air as an Operations Analyst.

Majo’s innovative approach has resulted in significant achievements, including developing a fuel optimization app.  

Majo is actively engaged in the aviation community with the NBAA Young Professionals (YoPro) and as Chair of the Airports and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) Committee for STXBAA. Majo is dedicated to giving back and empowering individuals, building on the support she has received throughout her career.

Recently, Majo earned her second MBA, with dual concentrations in Data Analytics and International Business.
