Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: Noon – 5:00 p.m.

Open Mondays – Memorial Day through Labor Day

Aircraft displays may vary each visit. Photos and filming of activities within the public spaces of the museum will occur for public/promotional use. Please contact the admissions desk if you would not like to be included in photos/filming.

Thursdays are admission is half price!  Active and Retired military discounts are available with proper ID, AAA discounts are also available, see admissions desk for details.

Membership

At the end of your visit, apply your admission ticket price towards an annual membership! 

You will receive FREE admission for an entire year AND access to amazing member benefits!  Ask the admissions desk for more information!

Parking & Directions

We are located at the corner of Aerospace Avenue and Challenger at Ellington Airport. Parking is free for all guests and available on site. Additional parking for energy efficeint vehicles is located near the front entrance.

Bus Arrivals: Groups arriving by bus can utilize the bus entrance on the southeast side of the building. Buses may enter the parking lot via Hillard St or Morton Ave.

Accessibility

LSFM provides handicapped access to patrons with disabilities. Wheelchairs available on request, subject to availability. See Guest Services upon arrival.

FIREARMS & WEAPONS PROHIBITED

As posted at the entrances to the Museum and according to laws of the State of Texas, for the safety of our visitors, no weapons (including concealed or open carry) are allowed in the museum. The Museum is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment. This policy is a proactive step towards reducing risks associated with intentional or accidental use of weapons regardless of whether a federal or state license to possess the same has been issued to the possessor. Anyone possessing a weapon will be asked to remove it from our premises immediately. The only exception to this policy is law enforcement.

Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.
