Student Field Trip Options
Science, History, Inspiration.
Aviation embodies STEM. From the science of George Cayley in 1799 describing the forces needed for flight, to using that knowledge in engineering a heavier-than-air flying machine, and finally creating the technology necessary for travel to space, aviation inspires generations, and generations make history.
The Lone Star Flight Museum combines history and science to inspire the next generation of leaders.
