Blast off to a day full of Space themed activities, presentations, and tours!
Get an up close look at our NASA Rovers, learn about the four forces of flight through Stomp Rockets, and try your hand at color coding with our Ozobots STEMonstration activity.
Here’s a rundown of the day:
- 9:30 am – 3:00 pm: Beyond the Atmosphere Day Camp – Blast off into space exploration with hands-on STEM activities inspired by rockets and rovers. Registration Required.
- 10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Early Learning Aviation Adventures – Encourage curiosity and discovery with aviation-themed early learning toys and activities.
- 10:00 am – 12:00 pm: NASA Rover Tours – Peek inside a NASA-inspired rover and imagine the possibilities of space exploration.
- 10:00 am – 4:00 pm: Public Flight Bay Simulators – Take the captain’s seat and experience the adventure of flight on our state-of-the-art flight simulators.
- 10:30 am – 2:30 pm: Boy Scouts of America Digital Technology Workshop – Explore digital technology and innovation through hands-on, aviation-connected challenges.
- 11:00 am – 11:30 am: ILC Dover Demo – Watch as space professionals bring their pressurized space suits to life with exciting live demonstrations!
- 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Stomp Rocket – Launch stomp rockets and learn how thrust powers rockets into flight.
- 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm: ILC Dover Demo – Watch as space professionals bring their pressurized space suits to life with exciting live demonstrations!
- 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Show Me the Mooney – Step into the role of a pilot as you perform a pre-flight check on our Mooney Ovation airplane and enjoy an up-close look at a real aircraft.
- 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm: STEMonstration – Color Coding for Robots – Program Ozobots with a space twist and discover how coding sends your rocket zooming through space.
