Women Inspiring the Next Generation through STEM

Be inspired by women in aviation and STEM sharing their journeys in their fields of expertise and addressing the importance of innovation, curiosity, and perseverance.

This interview-style program between the expert and moderator encourages audience engagement. Young women and girls interested in aviation and STEM are encouraged to attend to soak up the wisdom shared by the trailblazing women who came before.

Free with museum admission and open to all audiences. 

JUNE 22, 2024: Eileene Grozier

Eileene was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where she was trained as a Medical Specialist and Psychiatric Technician.  She served over 7 years during the Vietnam War era, and later retired from the Veterans Administration as a Counselor assisting veterans who suffered trauma during their military service. 

Eileene is a life member of Disabled American Veterans where she served as the first female Commander in her local Chapter.  She is a Life Member of Vietnam Veterans of America, serving as an officer, a board member, and the only woman on the Honor Guard.
