Normal Turns: Learn how pilots smoothly and safely change direction in the sky. Girls are introduced to coordinated turns and how control inputs affect an aircraft’s movement during flight.
Explore a different aspect of flight fundamentals in each workshop by combining STEM theory with introductory piloting techniques through simulated flights. Girls gain insight into how science, technology, engineering, and math power real-world aviation while building confidence and awareness of careers in aerospace, empowering the next generation of female pilots, engineers, and aviation leaders.

Girls are encouraged to participate in all six lessons to build a comprehensive understanding of flight fundamentals and progressively develop their piloting knowledge and skills. Participants who attend all sessions will be recognized at the conclusion of the series with a special aviation-themed swag bag.
